DRIVERS  These individuals make decisions with a sense of urgency. They have a low need for close interpersonal relationships and aren't bogged down by sentimentality. They're tough, competitive, independent and goal oriented.

SUPPORTERS  These individuals are the opposites of the Drivers. They possess a high degree of interpersonal warmth and are motivated more by service than achievement. They listen more than they talk and are described as helpful, friendly, kind, careful and patient.

THE SUMMARY PROFILE

Each candidate's overall CPPQ results are categorized into four common personality types. This is especially useful in understanding the candidate's personality as it relates to those of others.

THINKERS  The individuals in this category are deliberate in decision making and believe that making the right decision is more important than pleasing others. They're analytical and introspective with a low need for approval.

MOTIVATORS  These individuals are highly competent and expressive in communication skills. They enjoy meeting new people, exploring new places and thrive on variety and change. Motivators aren't concerned by a need of security but want to be able to act independantly.
