A message from our president, Michael J. Romaniw

"Employee Turnover is the most costly expense in business. It's not just salary and benefits, more importantly, its time and talent wasted. The majority of turnover is caused by bad hires, not bad people. We put the wrong person into a good job. This is why in 1982; I became involved with the CPP Compatibility Questionaire.

Today, Career Assessment Center has hundreds of clients who greatly benefit from the additional knowledge and training recommendations they gain from administering the CPPQ(tm) to new hires. We have greatly enhanced the CPPQ(tm) over the last two decades, however this instrument remains a simple, and yet powerful business tool. We welcome your inquiries."

Mike Romaniw completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the Ohio State University in 1972. Joining the Oscar Mayer division of Kraft Foods, he ran sales organizations in the West and Southeast. Mike was the 1999-2000 Chairman of the National Association of Executive Recruiters. He was a guest speaker to the Consumer Bankers Association 1999 Collections Conference.
